Booking

Booking is easy, all that's required to start with is to check availability, choose what dates you want to stay, then send a deposit of £100 per week required. Payment accepted by cheque, bank transfer (BACS) or credit card (via paypal). Once I have your deposit, I will confirm the dates booked and give you a reservation number. The balance is due eight weeks before you travel.

The form is called the Electronic System for Travel Authorisation form or ESTA for short. The application form is available right now on the ESTA's website (https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/esta.html). It's completely free, so beware of other sites implying there's a fee to pay. The ESTA lasts two years (or until your passport expires), and only takes five mins, so after that you're covered in case you forget. When filling in the form you'll see a "flight details" section, but note this doesn't have an asterix, meaning you don't have to fill it in. Once the ESTA is out of date you need to reapply.

US Customs

Always check your passport validity prior to travel. Please note your passport should be valid for another six months from the date of return from the US. If you are unsure look at the US Embassy web-site www.usembassy.org.uk or usembassy.state.gov which gives clear guidelines on visiting the USA.

Directions

Upon final confirmation you will receive full directions from Orlando International (MCO) and Sanford International Airports (SFB) are within 35 and 60 minutes drive respectively.

Arrival

The property is thoroughly cleaned and checked before your stay. Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged by request, subject to an additional charge. Florida Homes International are the property managing agents, have offices just a few minutes away from the villa, are available to solve any problems that may arise. 24 hour service is provided for emergencies.
Prior to your departure for Florida you will be provided with:-

1. Directions for travelling from the airport to the villa.
2. The full address and telephone number of the villa.
3. Key instructions at the villa.
4. The contact names and telephone numbers of the property management company.

If you have young children with you we can arrange for Cots and High Chairs to be available – a welcome pack of household goods and groceries can be arranged to avoid that first day supermarket trip.
